"Capitol provided and installed a couple of outdoor speakers and a TV for our patio. They made the process very simple, showed us some different options, and we only had to wait a few days for the installation after we finalized the quote. The guys were in and out quickly in about 4 hours and were very friendly, helpful answering our questions, and really cleaned up nicely after themselves! We've had bad experiences with contractors in the past and working with Capitol was the polar opposite. We are now loving life watching college football and listening to tunes in the pool. "Capitol Technology Group was referred to me by my architect during the design phase of my new construction in the Memorial area. Ross and Adam worked with my custom builder and I from start to finish - which took the better part of 2 years. Building a new home is full of headaches by it’s very nature but dealing with Capitol was not. We met several times prior to the prewire and had quite a few phone calls along the way as well, and the guys always treated me like I was their top priority. "I bought a home that was built in the 70’s and had none of the necessary wiring for modern home technology. I didn’t know if we would be able to get wires everywhere they needed to go without ripping my home apart but, after meeting with Adam Salinas, he found ways to get the home wired with minimal drywall repair. We’re really enjoying having family nights in the media room with a fabulous surround sound system and projector. My personal favorite part about the automation system is the settings the guys programmed in to have a couple of the lights turn off and on intermittently when we are out of town and have set our system to “away” so any potential burglars think twice. Capitol gets a five star recommendation from me and I will definitely use them for future projects and upgrades when the time comes."

"Adam, Dustin, Katelyn, and the whole team at Capitol have been a pleasure to work with. In 2016 they helped outfit my theater room at my home in The Woodlands with a great Monitor Audio system, Epson projector, Control4 remote & dimmer switch, and Screen Innovations Black Diamond screen. There were many other areas of my home where I wanted to have them install automated dimmers, door locks, thermostats, and speakers but my budget didn’t allow at the time. Another company I called said my single room project was too small since my budget was “only” (!!!) $15,000 but Capitol was happy to work with my budget and focus only on the theater room. I didn’t know if they would travel to my second home on Lake Travis but, when we began our remodel there in 2017, I asked them and found out they also have an Austin branch. We completely gutted the place this Spring so the Austin team ran all new wires and set me up with whole home distributed audio, surveillance, security, automated door locks and lighting, and also re-installed all of my TVs. I LOVE being able to check my cameras at the lake while I’m at home or at work in Houston and I also LOVE being able to let guests into the home when I’m not there through the automated door locks and security disarming features. The remote networking monitoring they’re providing for the lake house has been a big help too. I recommend them to everyone."
